Life Balance Chiropractic in Poole, Dorset, is seeking a people-first operator and Integrator to lead from inside the day-to-day practice. You’ll manage a growing team, oversee operations and ensure an outstanding client experience while keeping priorities aligned with the vision.

This role requires 5+ years of team leadership, strong people skills, and comfort balancing hands-on shifts with strategic leadership and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading and managing teams
• Strong people and operational leadership experience
• No chiropractic or healthcare experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead from inside the operation with three hands-on Care Advocate/front-desk shifts each week
• Turn priorities into action and drive the plan to execution
• Create a culture that delivers exceptional client experience and consistent results
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members and align roles with scorecards and standards
