Job summary

Priory Group in Wadhurst, United Kingdom, is seeking an Integrative Sessional Therapist to join our team. This self-employed, sessional role offers flexibility around the centre’s needs and your availability, with steady referrals and access to clinical space or online delivery.

You will deliver one-to-one therapy, contribute to assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic delivery, and work within strong clinical governance.

Qualifications

• Hold professional registration with HCPC / UKCP / BABCP / BACP / NCPS / BPC / ACAT / ACP (as appropriate)
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills
• Be confident using governance frameworks, digital systems and risk-management meetings

Ticehurst is seeking a Sessional Therapist – to join our team.
This is a self-employed, sessional role offering flexibility around the centre’s needs and your availability.
You will deliver one-to-one therapy, supporting clients to achieve their treatment goals, either face-to-face in our modern clinical environment or online.

You will play a key role in patients’ recovery, contributing to assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic delivery, while working within strong clinical governance frameworks.

CBT, Integrative Therapy, EMDR, TF-CBT, Family Therapy, or other specialist modalities.
You will:

• Hold professional registration with HCPC / UKCP / BABCP / BACP / NCPS / BPC / ACAT / ACP (as appropriate)
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills
• Be confident working within clinical governance frameworks, including digital systems, concise clinical notes, and attendance at risk management meetings

Accreditation: Accreditation with a relevant professional body is required. In certain circumstances, we may consider applicants who are working towards accreditation, provided this can be completed within 12 months of appointment.
