HCL Tech’s Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP) is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Integration Developer to join their growing team.

You will collaborate with client technical teams and architects to develop inbound and outbound integrations for D365 F&SCM projects.

The Integration Developer is responsible for the technical development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions, working closely with functional teams and clients. The role involves designing and leading technical implementations, coordinating with onshore and offshore teams. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Note: The project starts in July/August 2025. Candidates must be available to join during this period.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead offshore and onshore development teams effectively in diverse environments.
• Manage project deliverables including reports, documentation, and test plans; take ownership of project success.
• Adhere to industry and corporate best practices; advise clients accordingly.
• Create and review technical specifications and integration design documentation.
• Organize and review development estimates.
• Customize and configure systems based on business needs.
• Design and develop interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
• Develop, review, and test customized code for Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
• Develop functional and system design specifications for client projects.
• Facilitate technical workshops and status meetings with clients, guiding decision-making.
• Identify client strengths and weaknesses; suggest improvements.
• Manage small projects independently and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Mentor developers and technical consultants.
• Own technical documentation and architecture designs.
• Promote quality and consistency, ensuring adherence to proven methodologies.
• Contribute to technical solution design, including transition diagrams from current to target landscapes.
• Lead technical aspects of integration workshops, documenting requirements and solutions.
• Mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge to enhance team effectiveness.
• Participate in pre-sales activities from a technical perspective.
• Assist in designing software configurations and customizations aligned with business processes.
• Collaborate with data migration leads, leading functional workshops and owning configuration and gold build.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in X++ development.
• Experience with LCS components, release processes, and deployment pipelines.
• Skills in Azure Logic Apps, Power Apps, DataVerse, Power Automate, and T-SQL scripting.
• Desirable: knowledge of Azure functions, Service Bus, Synapse Link/Data Fabric, log analytics, and error management.
• At least 3 full lifecycle implementations of AX or Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
• Experience with version control (GIT, TFVC), deployment, and branching.
• Strong Microsoft platform IT experience.
• Extensive experience as a developer or integration lead in AX or Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
• Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps for project management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Ability to work remotely and on client sites; travel required.
