The Role

We are seeking a truly Integrated Producer to drive the creative process within our production team, focusing on social and influencer projects for clients like Google Pixel. You will manage the production of integrated campaigns from concept to completion, coordinating resources and ensuring quality across all media channels. The role involves hands-on involvement in creating high-quality work and overseeing project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development process from inception to final delivery, fostering inclusivity and diversity.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and creative professionals to bring innovative concepts to life.
• Manage end-to-end production for digital, print, broadcast, and experiential projects.
• Deliver digital content for social media channels in line with campaign strategies and brand guidelines.
• Develop and oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring resource efficiency.
• Supervise production of creative assets including video, audio, and digital content.
• Ensure all work meets brand standards and maintains high quality, valuing diverse perspectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and provide creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing inclusivity in all tasks.

Requirements

• Experience as a Creative/Broadcast/Integrated/Social Producer or similar role in an agency or client-side environment.
• Proficiency in managing project assets, including scripts, storyboards, and final deliverables.
• Ability to handle multiple projects while promoting inclusivity.
• Knowledge of industry trends, social media formats, and diversity as a driver of innovation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with an inclusive approach.
• Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful, inclusive campaigns.
