As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality care within patients' homes, residential settings and, where appropriate, clinics. You will assess health and care needs and contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of individualised care that promotes independence and positive outcomes. Our service operates overnight between 16:00 and 08:15, seven days a week, providing urgent nursing care to patients in their own homes. We cover approximately 1,047 square miles, so successful candidates must be willing and able to travel throughout the locality. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. This is a varied and rewarding role, delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care. With increasingly complex healthcare needs managed in the community, you will use and develop a wide range of clinical skills while making a meaningful difference to patients and their families.
