Job description

Integrated Marketing Manager, Wearables Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the vision and marketing strategy for Wearables products.
  2. Drive adoption and engagement of our platforms in key markets.
  3. Partner with international Sales teams to lead market growth and campaign implementation.
  4. Coordinate with Product, Product Marketing, Policy, Finance, and HR teams to ensure aligned brand and marketing efforts.
  5. Collaborate with marketing peers across Reality Labs and the Consumer Marketing organization to maximize impact.
  6. Educate and inform the team about consumer insights, dynamics, and shifts to guide our work.
  7. Measure marketing effectiveness and efficiency through short- and long-term metrics in partnership with Marketing Insights.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience.
  2. Significant experience in consumer marketing, especially with consumer technology brands/products/channels.
  3. Experience developing brand strategy for renowned companies.
  4. Experience working on marketing efforts for the India market.
  5. Proven leadership of high-performing teams with a growth mindset.
  6. Experience influencing and presenting to VP & C-level stakeholders.
  7. Ability to clarify complex topics quickly in a dynamic environment.
  8. Proficiency in Hindi.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in luxury, retail, or other popular brands.
  2. Advanced qualifications in marketing strategy.
  3. Experience leveraging music, fashion, or sports to build brands.
