What To Expect

The department maintains site operations and develops infrastructure across EPMC, managing utilities, service providers, maintenance, and safety of the site and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with contractors to meet site metrics for facilities and environment.
• Support defect reporting and snagging issues on-site.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to manage spares and control budgets.
• Raise SAP and IESA orders, overseeing approval to delivery.
• Develop and maintain procedures related to site services and engineering.
• Ensure compliance with H&S and environmental legislation.
• Organize NDT inspections to assess plant and machinery conditions.

• Experience in fast-paced production environments, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills across all levels.
• Ability to leverage team support to achieve objectives.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills for effective problem-solving.
