Job summary

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant area.
• Managerial or clinical leadership within a health or social care setting.
• Project management of significant and multiple projects.
• Improvement measurement systems and understanding of performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Champion development of the ICC to reflect national health priorities.
• Build cross-ICC collaboration and robust infrastructure across the footprint.
• Work with specialist services to create seamless, integrated pathways.
• Provide clear, influential reports on progress, performance and opportunities.
• Lead service reviews and support workforce planning and development.
• Provide strong leadership for the case management team.
