Job summary

Artificial is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to guide a team and deliver client-specific solutions using our domain-specific language, Brossa. You will shape requirements into concrete technical outcomes in a fast‑moving insurtech context.

You will mentor engineers, own multi-line insurance product specifications, and work closely with product, engineering and commercial teams to ensure successful client outcomes in a hybrid London setting.

Qualifications

• Strong programming foundation with comfort in domain-specific/functional languages.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in fast-scaling environments.
• Clear, confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of business requirements and translate into technical solutions using Brossa.
• Mentor Forward Deployed Engineers to hit performance goals and grow talent.
• Own design, configuration, and delivery of insurance product specifications across lines.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and commercial teams to tailor the platform for clients.
• Build and manage platform integrations and provide ongoing technical support.
• Demonstrate product value and technical credibility to senior stakeholders.
