Sapiens International Corporation N.V. is seeking a seasoned Programme Delivery Executive/Programme Director to lead enterprise‑scale customer programmes in insurance and financial services.

You will govern milestones, drive AI‑native delivery, and partner with C‑suite stakeholders to realise measurable business value. Qualifications

• 15–18 years of experience leading complex enterprise software programmes in insurance or financial technology environments.
• At least 5 years in senior delivery leadership with governance across multi‑workstream programmes.
• Deep insurance/financial services fluency and commercial discipline.
• Experience leading global, cross‑functional teams and AI‑driven delivery models.
• Proven ability to manage milestones, exit criteria, budgets, and risk.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end programme ownership across initiation, planning, execution and closure.
• Define exit criteria and ensure customer acceptance at each phase.
• Lead AI‑native delivery model and governance with a focus on value delivery.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, SI partners, offshore resources, and client teams.
• Communicate with C‑suite stakeholders and manage milestones and billing alignment.
