As a Consult Partner you will drive profitable growth, oversee delivery, and cultivate strong client relationships with senior executives.

Formación

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven track record of selling, leading and delivering complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with revenue growth, margins and high-value business development.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to profitable growth with multi-million revenue targets and backlog.
• Lead client engagements across C-suite stakeholders and manage delivery oversight.
• Develop and position strategic change agendas for large accounts.
• Build deep client relationships and act as trusted advisor to senior executives.
• Drive delivery quality, client satisfaction and utilisation targets.
• Shape engagements with a focus on Insurance industry outcomes.
• Mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation and performance.
