Job summary

KYND Limited in London is seeking a Business Development Manager to establish and grow relationships in insurance, MSPs, advisory, and financial sectors.

The role involves creating sector strategies, leading campaigns, and collaborating with client services, marketing, and product teams to embed KYND products within clients’ cyber risk management. Travel up to London is required, with a base salary plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in relevant industries.
• Proven ability to hit targets and deadlines.
• Strong communication via phone and email.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyse key business drivers, competitive environment, and trends to identify opportunities.
• Realise opportunities by running new business campaigns.
• Define and execute growth strategy for a cohort of existing clients.
• Run campaigns targeting cross-sell and up-sell within established clients.
• Arrange and attend meetings with clients and the Executive team.
• Utilise KYND's CRM for opportunities and attend weekly business updates.
