Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a Technical BA or client-facing BA role.
• Experience translating business needs into functional solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication and delivery lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify and document client requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional solutions and configuration changes.
• Support as-is / to-be analysis and process mapping.
• Manage implementations through to delivery, ensuring work meets specifications.
• Coordinate delivery with internal teams and resolve issues.
• Build relationships with customers and act as a trusted contact.
• Support problem solving across complex client scenarios.
• Escalate issues and help drive projects forward.
• Contribute to a high-quality customer experience through solution-focused delivery.
