Job summary

ICE-Tech, part of the Acturis Group, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our UK delivery team. You will own complex client delivery projects, translate business requirements into scalable software solutions, and collaborate with customers and internal delivery teams to drive successful outcomes in the insurance software space.

You will lead requirements gathering, workshops, and solution design, configure systems using SQL and JavaScript, manage relationships, coach junior colleagues,

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, business analysis, software delivery, or technical implementation, ideally in insurance or InsurTech
• Strong requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills with ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or JavaScript, and ability to configure and deliver software solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex challenges
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management, owning customer relationships and escalations
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into practical software solutions
• Configure insurance software products, reports, and fulfilment templates using SQL, JavaScript, and other technical tools
• Take ownership of complex client projects and major deliverables from analysis through to implementation
• Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation owner
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and support to junior consultants across the team
• Drive optimisation and continuous improvement opportunities for clients and internal processes
• Coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
• Support client training, knowledge transfer, and adoption of software solutions
