You will work with an operations leader and project teams, aiming to deliver tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in insurance IT, can own projects, and adapt between business and technical tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have strong understanding of insurance and configuration skills using SQL.
• Business Analysis skills – excellent communication skills.
• Experience configuring insurance systems and translating client requirements into specifications.

Responsibilities

• Configure Insurance system to meet client specifications.
• Produce feasibility reports and liaise with clients or internal resources.
• Create Documentation and MIS Reports using Report Builder tools.
• Build SQL queries to report on and modify databases.
• Translate client requirements into project documents and proposals.
• Work with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility.
• Draft testing schedules and oversee product/model testing.
• Plan and work flexibly to deadlines and supervise implementation of projects.
• Provide training to users of a new system.
• Keep up to date with technical and industry developments.
