Job summary

Insurity, a leading cloud-native insurance software provider, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology and deliver high-value software.

You will develop requirements for commercial insurance domains, work with data warehouses, support testing, and collaborate across agile or waterfall teams. Remote, hybrid, or in-office options available depending on location; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Commercial Insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance lines (Auto, Property, Liability, Workers’ Compensation).
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to collect and clarify business and functional requirements.
• Support testing strategy and validate requirements to drive quality.
• Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create clear documentation with requirements, mockups, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder communication.
• Support user acceptance testing and coordinate defect resolution.
• Contribute to testing efforts, project status reporting, and requirement traceability.
• Communicate project risks, concerns, and quality metrics to leadership.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong time management.
