Job summary

AAA Mid-Atlantic in Dover, DE is seeking Insurance Sales Agents for an in-office role. You will identify customer needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products while building a renewal income stream.

You will develop leads via referrals, maintain carrier partnerships, and enjoy a base salary plus uncapped commission with strong first-year earning potential.

Qualifications

• THIS is an in-office position. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from Dover, DE.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.Offering an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, and works as a liaison between the client and the insurer
• Must be able to develop your own leads through referral sources, including, but not limited to; realtors/brokers, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, automotive repair shops, bankers, businesses, and AAA member referrals
