Get Recruited (UK) Ltd in Dartford is recruiting an Insurance Sales Executive to build your own desk from the ground up, in a Chartered broker environment.

This office-based role offers up to £35,000 plus uncapped commission, with comprehensive training and a clear development path. You’ll engage commercial clients, manage your pipeline and grow into a fully rounded commercial insurance professional.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in insurance or in a sales environment.
• Natural communicator with confident phone manner and people skills.
• Driven, ambitious and motivated by results.
• Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
• Able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Building your own desk through proactive client engagement and new business development.
• Speaking with commercial clients, understanding their needs and presenting the right solutions.
• Managing your pipeline and following up on enquiries to convert new business.
• Working closely with experienced handlers and executives to develop your technical knowledge.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance throughout.
• Growing into a fully rounded commercial insurance professional over time.
