Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive
Location: Warrington (Hybrid working available post-probation)
Salary: Up to £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Saturday Working: 1 Saturday per month, 9am 1pm (rota-based, post-probation)

What You ll Be Doing
  • Managing a portfolio of personal lines clients with a focus on car and home insurance
  • Delivering outstanding service to both new and existing customers
  • Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase customer value
  • Taking ownership of renewals with a retention-first mindset
  • Generating and following up on warm leads to grow your pipeline
  • Ensuring accuracy in policy documentation and client communications
  • Contributing to a supportive, high-performing team environment
