Benefact Group plc's Business Choice Direct in Eastleigh is hiring a Sales Agent to join the new business team. You will quote, advise prospective clients, and grow your own pipeline to hit targets set by the operations team.

This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours weekly with a salary up to £29,000 depending on experience. It is a chance to work within a charity-focused financial services group that values development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a target-driven sales role (preferably in insurance).
• Confident in building rapport over the phone to deliver excellent client experience.
• Ability to work independently within guidelines when reviewing underwriting terms.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a regulated, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Undertake telephone-based quotes with potential clients using fact find to capture data.
• Research the market and provide quotes and information relevant to the protection required.
• Overcome objections and promote key selling features of the recommended insurer.
• Liaise with underwriters to understand cover terms and advise clients.
