Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the UKI region is seeking a data driven Product Manager to support the development and growth of insurance specific products. You will work with Marketing, Finance and Engineering to identify customer needs, shape data driven products and deliver measurable value, influencing strategy and driving innovation.

The role offers cross‑functional collaboration, opportunities to lead product roadmap discussions, and involvement in GTM activities to ensure successful market

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or product ownership with backlog delivery.
• Ability to gather comprehensive requirements from cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ideally proven experience working with data.
• Strong ability to balance immediate priorities and future strategy.
• Self‑starter mindset, comfortable working independently and owning key deliverables.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact frequently with customers and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements for data driven capabilities.
• Identify customer and business needs and prioritise work based on value, impact, and strategic alignment.
• Evaluate new content against identified customer needs.
• Utilise fail-fast methodologies enabling rapid experimentation followed by informed decision-making.
• Maintain product backlogs to support effective delivery of data products.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, regular communication on priorities, progress, and delivery outcomes.
• Work closely with Product Leads, contributing to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
• Support go to market (GTM) activities, including timelines, value messaging, and enablement needs with GTM partners.
