Insurance Operations Technician

£25,000 Salary + 7.5% Bonus

Permanent

Remote - 1 day per week in London office; travel paid for.

This role involves ensuring the business has full confidence in the data quality across Lloyds of London data, focusing on accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.

Skills and Experience

• London Market/Syndicate Insurance experience and knowledge.
• Experience with policy endorsement, underwriting slips, and declaration checks.
• Comfortable with numeracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Sound insurance knowledge with exposure to various classes of business, understanding slip wordings effectively, preferably within the London/Lloyd’s Market.
• High attention to detail and a desire to resolve root causes of poor data.
• Good verbal, numerical, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and follow routines/procedures consistently.
