Insurance Operations Technician

£25,000 Salary + 7.5% Bonus

Permanent

Remote - 1 day per week in London office - travel paid for.

In this role, you will work to ensure the business has full confidence in the data quality across Lloyds of London data, focusing on accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.

Skills and Experience

• London Market/Syndicate Insurance experience and knowledge.
• Experience with policy endorsements, underwriting slips, and declarations checks.
• Comfortable with numeracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong insurance knowledge with exposure to various classes of business, capable of understanding slip wordings effectively, preferably within the London/Lloyd’s Market.
• High attention to detail and a desire to identify and resolve root causes of poor data.
• Good verbal, numerical, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and follow routines/procedures consistently on varied tasks.
