Job summary

Sixth Street Insurance in London is seeking an Insurance Operations Program Manager to support the PMO and drive performance improvements across the Insurance portfolio. Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic operations or technology transformation in financial services (insurance preferred).
• 5+ years of program / project management experience.
• Experience driving outsourcing of operations and technology functions with contract design.
• Ability to evaluate ROI of operations and technology improvements.
• Deep experience in European or UK life insurance, annuities, and pensions.

Responsibilities

• Work with portfolio companies to enhance operational, technology, and expense performance.
• Perform operational due diligence on deals and inform bid pricing.
• Partner across teams to mature infrastructure for insurance LP management.
• Provide strategic advice on technology transformations and data migrations.
• Support budgeting, staffing assessments, and operating expense planning.
• Improve interaction models between Sixth Street and insurance portfolio companies.
• Deliver value across Europe and globally within the Insurance unit.
