Job summary

Sixth Street in London is seeking an Insurance Operations Program Manager to lead due diligence, project oversight, and process improvements across the insurance portfolio. You will collaborate with portfolio companies and internal teams to drive efficiency and value creation.

The role focuses on operational maturity, budgeting, and outsourcing strategies, with cross-border responsibilities across Europe and globally. This is a full-time, on-site position anchored in London.

Qualifications

• Experience driving strategic operations and/or technology transformation in financial services (preferably insurance).
• Program / project management experience.
• Experience driving outsourcing of operations and technology business functions including contract design and negotiation.
• MBA, consulting experience, and PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational and technology due diligence on deals and M&A.
• Manage portfolio company tech projects, data migrations, and outsourcing.
• Oversee operating expense planning and budgeting for portfolio companies.
• Develop and refine engagement models between Sixth Street and insurance portfolios.
• Support Europe and global projects within the Insurance business unit.
