Job summary

G MASS is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a new Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) tool and a Procurement and Contracts tool for a Lloyd's/London Market context. The role operates within the client’s Project Delivery function and reports to the Head of Project Management for day-to-day direction.

The assignment is on-site/remote within the client's function, with responsibility spanning governance, RAID management and monthly progress reporting through to January 2027.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience delivering technology implementation projects in insurance.
• Experience with ERM and procurement/contract management platforms.
• Strong stakeholder registers and feedback channels management.
• Solid grounding in RAID logs and PMO reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the ERM tool into production with governance adherence.
• Deliver the Procurement and Contracts tool into production with governance adherence.
• Coordinate tasks across vendors, internal tech teams, and business resources.
• Maintain Change Framework documentation and monthly progress reports.
• Provide oversight of stakeholder communication and feedback channels.
• Keep RAID logs up to date with mitigations for risks and issues.
