Qualifications

• Defend Employers' Liability and Public Liability casualty claims.
• Able to manage pre-litigation and litigated matters.
• Strong client and file management skills.
• Able to work in a busy insurance litigation team.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation and litigated EL/PL claims.
• Handle motor and disease-related claims when required.
• Develop junior colleagues and work with Partners.
• Maintain a proactive, commercially minded approach to casework.
