Ips Group is seeking an ambitious compliance professional to support the Regulatory Compliance team within a market leading insurance group. You will foster a strong compliance culture, deliver pragmatic, deadline-focused support, and act as a trusted advisor to navigate regulatory requirements across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 A Levels or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and report writing.
• Experience in London Market insurance or regulatory compliance preferable.
• Strong organisational skills with proactive delivery within deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Undertake horizon scanning across UK entities and licensed territories.
• Support development and delivery of compliance training and policies.
• Assist in SM&CR maintenance and regulatory approvals.
• Ensure timely submissions of regulatory returns and RMAR where applicable.
• Coordinate regulatory inquiries and overseas filings as required.
• Promote ethical conduct and compliance awareness across the organisation.
• Prepare quarterly Compliance Committee papers and support board meetings.
