Job summary

Eurobase is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technological solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into actionable insights for the development and improvement of products, processes, and systems.

Your expertise will support pre-sales, RFP responses and align project outcomes with business goals within the London Market and insurance domain.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst across full project lifecycles.
Insurance domain knowledge: Reinsurance, Large Commercial, or London Market.
Experience with insurance applications, PAS solutions.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Experience in structured environments and quality management standards.

Responsibilities

Identify best-fit solutions based on existing insurance functionality and required customisation.
Contribute to Roadmap by proposing improvements and producing requirements documentation.
Support pre-sales with system demonstrations and ad-hoc responses to RFIs/RFPs.
Understand back-office insurance operations and apply solid BA skills.
Provide business and product support ensuring requirements map to the solution.
