An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented IBA Client Account Handler with a minimum of three years' experience in a London Markets broking house. This role requires strong insurance accounting knowledge, excellent reconciliation skills, and ideally experience with GXB (Global XB) or similar broking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage client and insurer accounts in line with regulatory and company guidelines.
2. Perform account reconciliations and resolve queries efficiently.
3. Accurately allocate cash receipts and payments to client accounts.
4. Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and internal teams to address discrepancies.
5. Maintain and reconcile client and insurer ledgers.
6. Assist with month-end and year-end financial closings.
7. Monitor aged debt and unallocated cash items, taking proactive steps for resolution.
8. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
9. Utilise GXB or similar broking systems to track and manage accounts (desirable).
