We are actively looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful organization, where you will receive full on-the-job training and have the chance to gain industry-recognized qualifications.

• You enjoy conversations, listening, and building relationships to understand client needs.
• You have strong problem-solving skills, capable of creating tailored solutions for unique clients.
• You may be transitioning from a sales role and seeking a new career; no prior experience is required as we provide training, workshops, coaching, and support for industry qualifications.
• You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset, with interests in areas like equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, or fine art.
• You are ambitious, as our leadership team started as Insurance Advisors; we provide all necessary tools for success.
