We’re looking for a motivated and personable Insurance Advisor to join their growing team in Burnham.

Role Overview:
  1. Offering advice to clients on a wide range of general insurance products
  2. Understanding client needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions
  3. Managing applications, renewals, and claims with accuracy and efficiency
  4. Keeping clients informed about policy options, new products, and changes in the market
  5. Building and nurturing long-term relationships to ensure excellent customer service
  6. Responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints professionally
  7. Keeping accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
About You:
  1. Knowledge of general insurance products and services
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  4. Great time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
  5. Prior experience in an insurance advisory, customer service, or client support role
  6. Professional insurance qualifications (such as CII) - bonus but not a requirement
