We are actively looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful organisation, where you will receive full training and the chance to gain industry-recognised qualifications.

1. You enjoy engaging with people, listening, and building relationships to truly understand clients' needs.
2. You possess excellent problem-solving skills, capable of creating tailored solutions for each client.
3. You may be transitioning from a sales role and seeking a career change; no prior experience is required as we provide on-site training, workshops, coaching, and support through industry qualifications.
4. You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset, with interests in areas like equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, or fine art. Loving what you do helps you build rapport and provide the best solutions.
5. You are ambitious; we promote from within, and all leaders started as Insurance Advisors. We provide all necessary tools; your desire to succeed is what matters.
