Position: Insurance Advisor

We are actively looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful organisation, where you will receive full training on the job and the chance to gain industry-recognised qualifications.

About You

1. You enjoy having conversations with people, listening, and building relationships to truly understand our clients and their needs.
2. You possess excellent problem-solving skills, capable of creating tailored solutions for each unique client.
3. You might currently work in sales and are seeking a new career. No previous experience is required as we provide on-site training, workshops, coaching, and support through industry qualifications.
4. You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset. Many of our successful team members have a passion for specific insurance niches such as equine, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, or fine art. Loving what you do helps you build rapport quickly and provide the best solutions to clients.
5. You are ambitious. We promote from within; all our leaders started as Insurance Advisors. We provide all necessary tools, and all we ask is your desire to succeed.
