Job summary

Everywhen is recruiting an Account Handler in Croydon to support the Account Executive in managing client portfolios and renewals. The role is office-based, acting as the first point of contact for clients and insurers, coordinating queries and administration with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

You will build strong relationships, handle invoicing and data, and participate in client meetings to maintain high service levels while adhering to our processes.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the assigned portfolio on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurers.
• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from clients, providers and internal sources.
• Respond to queries proactively while keeping the Account Executive informed.
