Jensten is seeking an Account Handler to manage renewals, midterm adjustments and client communications in a busy, supportive team. Training will be provided on Pharmacy or Aesthetic lines, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and written skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong customer service background and ability to explain complex insurance products simply.
• Experience with renewals, midterm adjustments and liaising with underwriters would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of renewals, invite, chase and bind issuing documents.
• Handle post-quote follow-up and progression of new business and renewal quotes.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email, ensuring FCA compliance and high service levels.
