BMS Group is seeking an Account Handler to join the North American D&A team in a role focused on coordinating risk placements from cradle to grave and supporting Directors in growing relationships with clients and markets. The role involves active client contact, documentation, and ensuring efficient service across the risk lifecycle.

You will contribute to adherence to regulatory requirements, maintain up-to-date knowledge of contracts, and collaborate with colleagues across the team to deliver

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to plan meticulously.

• Ability to perform effectively to tight deadlines with good personal organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates placement of risks, including production of documentation to assist placement & maintenance throughout the risk life cycle.
• Maintains relationships with clients, underwriters and market representatives via email, phone and in person.
• Ensures accounts are serviced efficiently – entries, due diligence checks, policy wordings and submissions; handles endorsements.
• Monitors workflow, budgetary records, debit notes and policy wordings; supports a paperless filing system.
• Produces and monitors renewal reports; monitors credit control and ensures reports are up-to-date.
