Job summary

Knight Square Insurance is seeking an Account Executive to manage a portfolio of insurance clients, delivering high-quality administrative and technical support throughout the policy lifecycle.

You will ensure accurate documentation, timely responses, and strong client relationships while supporting retention, compliance, and growth. 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working following probation and a car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insurance broking or underwriting environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
• Handle mid-term adjustments, renewals, cancellations, and general enquiries.
• Ensure client requests are dealt with accurately within SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Prepare renewal invitations and liaise with insurers to secure terms.
