Job summary

Severn Trent Services, Severn Trent Group’s commercial arm, are currently looking for an Electrician to join our growing team. You will play a key role ensuring efficiency across the business through Instrumentation, and electrical control.

We’re seeking someone with instrumentation, SCADA and PLC experience, a level 3+ engineering qualification (Electrical/Control) or equivalent, and a full UK driving licence. 18th Edition and Compex are desirable; a company van and fuel card are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in Instrumentation, SCADA and PLC software/hardware.
• Recognised qualification level 3 or above in Engineering (Electrical/Control) or equivalent experience.
• 18th Edition and Compex desirable.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and installation of instrumentation and telemetry systems.
• Provide technical support to Water Services Contracts and central functions.
• Assist electricians in fault finding, advanced systems, and commissioning small-scale installs.
