Responsibilities include developing I&C design deliverables, assisting in process control systems, and preparing budgetary requisitions. Candidates must have strong LNG and instrumentation experience, as well as knowledge in IEC standards.
Job Description
We are now recruiting for an Instrument Engineer , to work on behalf of our client, a leading oil & gas design and engineering contractor, on an LNG FEED project.Candidates must have previous Aramco experience.The Role:Contribute to the development of preliminary and final stage Instrumentation & Control (I&C) design deliverables, including P&IDs, Instrument List, Instrument Specifications, and Instrument Data Sheets.Assist in the design of process control systems based on DCS, PLC, and SCADA.Assist in the development of Safety Requirement Specifications (SRS) and demonstrates working knowledge of IEC 61508 & IEC61511.Prepare budgetary requisitions and conduct bid evaluations.Perform assigned automation-related job functions, including the creation of I/O lists, Instrumentation lists, and the specification of instrumentation and control elements.Requirements:Strong gas processing or LNG experience.Conceptual, pre-FEED, study or FEED experience.Experience in working in early phases of projects, especially Concept and FEED deliverables.Experience in instrumentation requirements for custody metering requirements standards.Interface knowledge of Electrical system and Instrument interfacesExperience in greenfield onshore projects.Job Details:Start date: ASAPContract duration: 12 months +.
