Why work for us?

  • As well as competitive salaries, our pension schemes are some of the best available. We contribute at least £10 into your pension, for every £100 you earn.
  • The holiday allowance is excellent right from year 1. You have 28 days per year of holiday (rising to 32 after 5 years' service), and as we close the College for up to 5 days over Christmas, this means up to an additional 5 days of leave.
