What you will be doing

  • Participate in the end‑to‑end content development process, from concept through scripting, storyboarding, production, to final delivery.
  • Use multimedia elements such as graphics and animations to elevate instructional value and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to understand learning objectives, identify content gaps, and tailor video solutions that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Conduct needs assessments to refine learning objectives and content strategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in instructional design and multimedia technology, continuously enhancing our content offerings.
  • Measure the impact of video content through engagement metrics and learner feedback, iterating for improvement.

  • Solid understanding of instructional design concepts and learning principles.
  • Proven track record in designing multimedia instructional materials, with a portfolio that showcases your video content development skills.

  • A passion for staying ahead of the curve and applying new methods and ideas to continuously improve your work and customer experiences.
