Exmouth Community College seeks an enthusiastic leader to drive the sustained improvement of teaching and learning. The postholder will embed a coherent, evidence-informed model of instructional practice and lead a visible program to develop classroom practice across the college.

They will strengthen curriculum enactment and ensure teachers are supported through a robust coaching programme to help all students, particularly those who need us most, achieve exceptional outcomes.
