CIPS in the United Kingdom is seeking an Instore Merchandiser to bring products to life on the shop floor. You’ll own your territory, manage point-of-sale placement, stock replenishment and audits, and ensure displays stay on-brand through regular visits.

You’ll build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers, work autonomously, and plan cost-effective visit schedules to maximise earnings and customer service.

As an Instore Merchandiser, you'll bring products to life out in the world on the shop floor. You'll own your territory, taking care of point-of-sale placement to stock replenishment and auditing. You'll take pride in first-class standards, creating and maintaining visually impactful displays, and building strong relationships with store colleagues and managers. You'll be the person who keeps everything in order, ensuring that stock is replenished and that displays stay on-brand. You'll take charge of your own cost-effective journey plan and make every visit count. If you're someone who thrives on autonomy and loves to engage with others, this role is for you.

Previous Merchandising experience would be advantageous but not mandatory. However, you will need:

• A friendly confident personality with a can do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliable.
• To be located within 15 miles of advertised area.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make the right decisions under pressure.
• Full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
