Smiths News is seeking an Instore Merchandiser to bring products to life on the shop floor across your territory in Wales/Cardiff. You will own POS placement, stock replenishment, and audits to ensure displays stay on-brand and visually impactful.

You will build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers, plan cost-effective visits, and take pride in high standards and excellent customer service. Right to work in the UK required and location within 15 miles of the advertised area.

As an Instore Merchandiser, you'll bring products to life out in the world on the shop floor. You'll own your territory, taking care of point-of-sale placement to stock replenishment and auditing. You'll take pride in first-class standards, creating and maintaining visually impactful displays, and building strong relationships with store colleagues and managers. You'll be the person who keeps everything in order, ensuring that stock is replenished and that displays stay on-brand. You'll take charge of your own cost-effective journey plan and make every visit count. If you're someone who thrives on autonomy and loves to engage with others, this role is for you.

Previous Merchandising experience would be advantageous but not mandatory. However, you will need:

• A friendly confident personality with a can do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliable.
• To be located within 15 miles of advertised area.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make the right decisions under pressure.
• Full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
