Job summary

Qualifications

• Analyst-level experience in asset management or similar financial services.

We're working with an established UK investment manager looking to add an Analyst to its Institutional Solutions team in London.

This is a broad, project-driven role sitting at the intersection of institutional client solutions, fundraising, marketing and internal stakeholder management. The successful candidate will support a range of projects designed to strengthen the firm's institutional offering and how its investment strategies are positioned to the market.

The role will involve:

• Supporting the delivery and project management of institutional initiatives across the business
• Creating and maintaining fund marketing materials, presentations and pitch decks
• Coordinating input from investment, sales, marketing and other internal teams
• Managing and maintaining information across CRM systems
• Supporting institutional fundraising and client-related projects
• Helping ensure materials, data and messaging are accurate, consistent and delivered on time

What we're looking for:

• Analyst-level experience within asset management, investment management, private markets or a similar financial-services environment
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Exposure to fund marketing collateral, investor materials or institutional client content
• Excellent organisation and project-management skills
• A proactive, hands-on can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience on the infrastructure, energy or credit sector would be a plus
• 1-3 years of experience
