Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Analyst for its Institutional Solutions team in London. The role sits at the intersection of institutional client solutions, fundraising, marketing and internal stakeholder management, supporting a range of projects to strengthen the firm's institutional offering.

You will be involved in delivering and coordinating institutional initiatives, crafting fund marketing materials, and ensuring messages are accurate and on time.

Qualifications

• Analyst-level experience in asset management or similar financial services.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with fund marketing collateral or investor materials.
• Excellent organisation and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with a proactive attitude.
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, or credit sectors is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and project management of institutional initiatives across the business.
• Create and maintain fund marketing materials, presentations and pitch decks.
• Coordinate input from investment, sales, marketing and other internal teams.
• Manage and maintain information across CRM systems.
• Support institutional fundraising and client-related projects.
• Help ensure materials, data and messaging are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.
