Job summary

Gen II Fund Services in Southampton is seeking an onboarding specialist to provide a multi-jurisdictional service for the Institutional business, onboarding clients/investors and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will manage the set-up of client/investor data in core systems, perform risk assessments, and maintain accurate static data. You will collaborate with Compliance to obtain approvals for high-risk cases and ensure ongoing regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Relevant onboarding experience in financial services.
• Experience with Private Equity/Real Estate fund structures.
• Understanding AML/CDD onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide and promote a superior client experience for Gen II Institutional onboarding.
• Set up client/investor static data in core systems and ensure accuracy.
• Perform risk assessments and verify client and investor risk ratings.
• Maintain client and investor registers, logs and MI reporting where required.
• Collaborate with Compliance to obtain necessary approvals for high risk & PEPs.
