Allianz Bristol is seeking an Instalments Controller on a 6-to-12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on instalment credit control, ensuring timely premium payments and KPI achievement, with specialized training and mentoring to build skills in customer service and regulatory compliance.

The role is hybrid, with in-office presence required on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and more time in office during initial training.

Qualifications

• A-Levels with minimum 120 UCAS tariff points from top 3 A-levels or equivalent.
• GCSE Maths and English Language at level 6 or equivalent.
• Interest in finance and credit control is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Undertakes instalment control activities to ensure prompt premium payments and achieve KPIs.
• Ensure instalment processes comply with regulatory requirements.
• Handle internal and external customer queries professionally.
• Builds effective relationships with internal and external customers.
• Support collaboration between offshore and onshore teams.
• Maintain manuals and reports; support audit and statutory requirements; use Excel for reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc information as required by the business.
• Communicate with Team Leader to address issues and propose solutions.

Salary Information

This role offers a salary of Circa £30,000 per annum

Pay is based on relevant skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

Location

Bristol. This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with the expectation of you being in office Wednesday and Thursday each week. During the initial training for the role, you will be required to be in office more.

About the Role

• Undertakes instalment control activities, in accordance with the defined processes, to ensure prompt premium payment and to achieve agreed KPIs.
• Ensure instalment process and operational activities are adhered to within regulatory requirements.
• Handle internal and external customer queries in an efficient and professional manner.
• Builds effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Support effective and efficient collaboration between offshore and onshore teams.
• Ensure policy and procedures, workflow for assigned areas of responsibility, as well as archived records to satisfy audit and statutory requirements are maintained.
• Accurately complete and maintain manual reports using Excel.
• Provide Ad-hoc information that is required by the business in an ever-changing environment
• Communicate effectively and promptly with Team & Team Leader to raise issues/concerns promptly with systems or processes and provide creative solutions to overcome challenges and minimize downtime.

Desirable Skills

• A-levels in Maths/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Computer Science/ Accounting or similar with a minimum of 120 UCAS Tariff points from your top 3 A-levels, or equivalent.
• A minimum of Level 6 in GCSE Maths and English Language, or equivalent
