Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a hands-on Installer to join its growing team. This role involves building and installing the company’s product at customers' homes across the UK.

Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime; the job is temporary with the possibility to become permanent. You will travel to sites, use hand and power tools, and may stay away from home for overnight work, with accommodation arranged where needed.

Job description

Our client is a growing company looking for Installers to join their team. This is a hands-on Installer role working at customers' homes, helping to build and install their product across the UK.

Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with potential overtime this position is a temporary role paying £14.00 per hour. This position could become permanent for the right candidate. Based between Bicester and Aylesbury.

Duties of the Installer:

• Build and install product at customer sites
• Travel to and from customer locations as required
• Work as part of an Installer team to complete projects to a high standard
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Stay away from home when required

Experience

• Previous experience in an Installer, construction, carpentry, fitting or similar hands-on role would be beneficial
• Comfortable travelling for work and working at different sites
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Good practical skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and committed approach to work
• Full driving licence is required due to the nature of the position

This temporary Installer position offers regular site work, paid travel requirements, and hotel accommodation with breakfast, lunch and dinner provided for overnight work. These are usually limited to no more than two per month.
